For most international students, a stay abroad is all about studying, however, many wish to expand their experience into gaining first working experience. Hochschule Karlsruhe Technik und Wirtschaft offers classes to make the application procedure easier for you.
As part of the International Program (IP), the new course on intercultural communication and the application process will begin on Monday, April 24 until Friday, April 28.
As always, it will be carried out as intensive seminar, covering all aspects important for your internship in Germany based companies. We will talk about cultural topics related to day-to-day life in business, answer the “unspoken” implicit questions stemming from deeply rooted cultural expectations during discussion, in problem-solving and decision-taking processes.
After having discovered your cultural strengths, we will focus on your personal SWOT analysis and prepare you for the famous and notorious „100 questions“, some of which you inevitably will have to answer during your interview.
Final part of the class will be your individual application training and a simulated interview.
