As part of the International Program (IP) at Hochschule Karlsruhe Technik und Wirtschaft, the new course on intercultural communication in business will start next Monday.
As always, it will be a comprehensive seminar, covering all aspects important for your internship in Germany based companies. We will talk about cultural topics related to day-to-day life in business, answer the “unspoken” implicit questions stemming from deeply rooted cultural expectations during discussion, in problem-solving and decision-making processes. Also we will discover your individual strengths and weaknesses, your motivation, and I will walk you through the whole application process. During your final exam, I will simulate an individual business interview with each of you.
